HQ Building Design was established in 2013. After living in Australia for 6 years Ciaran Hughes made the decision to return home. When it came to looking for a job nothing out there excited Ciaran so he created HQ Building Design and is now principal of his own practise. Ciaran has created a company that places the client at the heart of their own project, simplified the design and planning process and in turn delivers higher levels of service with transparent costs from the outset.
Ciaran qualified as a Building Surveyor and not only designs beautiful buildings but is passionate about the building process and how the end product will work and be maintained.
With a relaxed informal approach Ciaran develops a personal relationship with you to have a complete understanding of your requirements.

Ciaran and his team specialise in bespoke rural homes and have amassed a wealth of knowledge and experience in this area along with multi dwelling developments and commercial projects.
Using the latest design technology HQ can take you through your project from the early design stages to create immersive 3D designs to provide sketch options after the initial consultation.
Working with their clients at every stage HQ can then generate a design that you can see in 3D to better understand the look and feel for every space before submission of planning.

The HQ team are not tied to office chairs and can meet client not only in our Patrick Street Practise but at a location that suits e.g. your site / home or even at an inspirational building of your choice.
