Most of the HQ Team have varied on site construction experience, from labouring onsite in Summer jobs as students to project managing their own homes as self builds. This level of practical working knowledge has assisted the team to take a project full circle. HQ typically only project manage construction of in house designs, when you complete the working drawings for a project that team member has envisaged every block and beam into place and is the most suitable person to see that project through to the end stage.
